Delivery & Returns

Jewellery is dispatched anywhere in the world from Amelia Handmade, within 24-48 hours maximum, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Packages are sent from the UK by Royal Mail with signature on delivery. You must be present to collect the parcel. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with instructions on how to collect your parcel. Delivery times and prices depend on your location.

You have a period of fourteen working days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products for reimbursement, excluding delivery costs. If you wish to retract, please contact me by e-mail at contact@ameliahandmade.com or via the contact form to know the return procedure. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the products received have been worn, damaged or modified, or if it is a personalised piece of jewellery, no refund, even partial, can be made. The return costs are at your charge. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
